Works just as described. I like that it clicks into place, unlike the adapter that comes with the player.

Works perfectly for my Zen Vision:M 30 GB ! It even works better than my old one I got 5 years ago & I paid $ 20.00 for that one.

The first cable I received locked up my Vision M. The second cable they sent me, at no additional charge, didn't lock up my device but only worked as a charger. Poor quality. I didn't expect much for the price but something that worked would have been nice. Their customer service appears to be excellent as they have been very responsive and offered a full refund. Shipping the items back would have cost me far more then the price of the cable itself. The old adage "You get what you pay for" in this case is very true.

I ordered this item after purchasing the Zen W because I want to use it as a movie player when I travel and i figured this would do that for me. I got it really fast with out any problems.

The AV Cable was more than affortable and easy to set up. I had it going in less than a minute. It showed a great picture and the sound was excellent. If you don't want to see your pictures and movies on the small Zen screen I suggest you get it.
